Our Staff

The most important people as far as your children are concerned are the staff, who are all dedicated and caring, with a wealth of experience. Jessica is a qualified teachers and all members of the team are qualified to Level 3 qualification, appropriate for the care and development of children, as required by Ofsted.

Additional training is available for all staff to continue their professional development, keep up with new initiatives and to consolidate their areas of expertise (a copy of our Staff Policy can be found in the setting).

New members of staff receive induction training during their first week of employment, which includes our Health and Safety and Safeguarding Children policies and procedures.

Jessica Wilson

Jessica is the Early Years Setting Manager. Jessica is Trained in Primary Education with QTS. She specialised in PSHCE (personal, social, health and citizenship education) and is able to use this specialization within the pre-school to ensure the wellbeing of children is at the foremost when supporting their learning and development. She was a primary school teacher for three years before her position at Noah’s Ark. Her professional passion is maths in the early years and giving the children a voice.

Jessica has two children, she enjoys exploring new places and meeting new people. 



Senior Practitioner

Carly Smith- Carly is Level 3 qualified. She has a wealth of early Years experience in a

variety of settings. She enjoys creative and fun activities. 

Early Years Practitioners

Rhiannon Lockwood- Rhiannon is Level 3 trained and enjoys doing new and fun activities

with her children.
